Grace & Stewart Lichfield Guildhall Wedding
Grace & Stewart had a beautiful winter wedding towards the end of last year in the rustic Lichfield Guildhall.
It's been far too long since I posted a full wedding on the blog, here's a great unique wedding to make up for that. Grace and Stewart chose a beautiful winter day for their wedding - we managed to get loads of photos outside on a November afternoon in England! Grace and her bridesmaids started the day at her parents home having their make up done by Chloe McCall and there hair styled by Bridal Hair Specialists.
The wedding and reception took place in the centre of Lichfield at the Guildhall, a crowd gathered on the high street to see Grace arrive for the ceremony. Grace wore a stunning Sottero & Midgley dress from Rebecca Elizabeth Occasionwear, with the bridesmaids contrasting her in dark dresses from ASOS. Stewart and his groomsmen wore matching suits from Drapper Dan. The beautiful wild bouquets were created by Aurora Floristry. The bridal party brought out their best Spice Girl poses at any chance possible, I don't think we had a group shot where they didn't try waving some peace signs! ✌ ✌ ✌
After the ceremony Food For Thought provided a three course wedding breakfast. Following the speeches the couple partied late into the evening with entertainment coming from wedding band Mr Ben and caricatures of their guests drawn by The Wedding Artist. Penny Lane Vintage provided large letter lights which lit the dance floor. At the end of the night Grace and Stewart left under a sparkler guard of honour (which is fast becoming one of my favourite things to photograph)!
Here's a lovely message I received from the couple when they received their wedding photographs;
Wow! Where to begin, we have just sat down and looked through all the pictures and feels like we have relived the day all over again! They are amazing, simply stunning and you captured everything perfectly. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did on the day, we can't even remember half the pictures being taken as you made everything so effortless! Thank you, thank you, thank you...now to look through them all over again!
Congratulations Grace & Stewart!
